More than 90 per cent of South Australian students accessing free or subsidised training through the State Government’s Skills for All program with private providers have said they are satisfied with the quality of training provided.

State Minister for Skills, Grace Portolesi, said that the survey of over 3,000 students gave the training system the tick of approval.

“The results show an overall satisfaction rate of 91 per cent with the training and 96 per cent of respondents were satisfied with the quality of the trainers,” Ms Portolesi said.

“Students said they were satisfied with the relevance of the training, the support given to them by the training provider to be successful learners and the flexibility of their training provider.

“They were very happy with their trainers’ subject knowledge, real world experience and ability to engage and support them through their training.”
