This exciting building compliance based role within the City of Sydney's Health and Building Team will provide the successful candidate with experience across a broad range of new and existing building types and uses.

Our Health & Building Team offers a very friendly and helpful working environment, which supports all of its staff members through in-house professional development and assistance, whilst recognising the importance of a balance between work and lifestyle commitments.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on regulatory building compliance, including fire safety and unauthorised building work. Other duties will include the assessment of swimming pool barriers and building certificates.
