About the role (position description is attached): 

We are looking for a thought leader in government procurement to drive major, lasting reform in one of Victoria's pre-eminent cultural institutions.

The Strategic Procurement Project Lead will provide procurement leadership for the Library. Designing systems, policies and staff training you will lift procurement capability across the organisation and create a framework of effective oversight.

This is a key leadership role and a terrific opportunity for experienced procurement practitioner, to drive a reduction in operational costs and set model practice for the Victorian cultural sector.
