Major Property Projects Coordinator

As the Major Property Projects Coordinator, you will coordinate and lead the redevelopment of Council’s major strategic property portfolio and sites.

 

This autonomous role will be responsible to work with key stakeholders to lead the the planning and set up of projects, coordinate budgets, monitor and report on progress.

 

The role requires excellence in several key skills including

  • Communication, stakeholder management, project management and working across multidisciplinary teams 
  • The ability to think on your feet and have an astute political acumen in project delivery will also be essential to be successful in the role
