We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of capital works projects across a range of Civil Infrastructure projects from investigation through to project delivery.
In this role you will assist the Coordinator Civil Infrastructure Delivery in the development and implementation of the City’s Capital Works program, and investigate and provide alternative solutions to civil infrastructure issues.
This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing plans and specifications, developing tender and contract documents, participation in tender assessments and coordinating approvals and permits for civil infrastructure projects.
The successful applicant will have strong problem solving ability, analytical, negotiating and mediation skills. You will also be experienced in the development of projects through the stages of project scoping, feasibility, concept design, detailed design and documentation .
