The Workshop Supervisor's two primary functions are to lead a small team of fleet workshop employees and implement the City's annual fleet and plant replacement program. 

We are looking for a someone with a very unique skill set:

• A mechanical background, plus
• Experience maintaining a diverse range of vehicles, construction plant and equipment, plus
• Great leadership skills and previous success in supervising teams of skilled tradespeople, plus
• Knowledge of a range of activities relating to fleet and plant trials, assessment, procurement, disposal and renewal, plus
• Great administration and database management capability.
