My client is a privately owned multi-discipline consultancy which has been in operation for nearly 30 years, with multiple offices across the East and West coast of Australia.  Relatively new to the Sydney market they already have a full order book of multi-discipline projects to work on across various sectors including commercial, data centres, healthcare, hospitality, and education. 

The Role – Immediate Start Available!
They are currently looking for talented mechanical engineers between intermediate to senior level to be a part of their growing family environment. Working side by side with their clients and architects at every stage of the project has ensured repeat business and growth for the company over the next two years.

They look for individuals who have a passion for engineering, possess great customer service skills, aren’t afraid of hard work, and want to be a part of their generous and warm culture.

Reported directly to one of the Sydney office directors, who heads up the mechanical section of the business and has a wealth of experience in the Australian market.  You will be provided with training, guidance and support not found at many other consultancies.  You will be a part of an already dedicated team and be trusted with leading several of your own projects and act as the key point of contact for clients for those projects.
  
Responsibilities: depending on level

• Leading mechanical designs on multi-discipline projects (senior)
• Working on both greenfield and brownfield projects (intermediate & senior)
• Exciting projects such as residential high-rise, schools, aged care projects, universities, healthcare (intermediate & senior)
• Guiding junior members of the team (senior)
• Acting as key point of contact for clients (senior)

  
Candidates with the below will be considered

• Experienced leading multi-discipline projects
• 3 plus years’ experience in Australia with a multi-services consultancy
• Experienced across Revit and AutoCAD
• Proficient with calculation in CAMEL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
