About the Role
Working as part of our Operations and Capital division, this role is responsible for organising, administering and overseeing the day to day allocation and completion of jobs referred internally by our inspectors, in response to community, as part of routine scheduling, or for specific projects. The role plays an active part in the leadership group of the division.

  • Implement council’s Road Management Plan
  • Organise and lead the work of in-house staff and contractors
  • Plan and administer effective processes to procure, acquit and document works
  • Contribute to the development of the new Infrastructure Maintenance Plan
  • Provide opportunities for skills development for staff and trainees

Make a positive difference to community pride, safety and amenity by maintaining and improving community owned assets.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in contract and project administration
  • Experience with costing and financial control
  • Skills and experience building a positive workplace culture
  • Experience managing logistics of multiple jobs, sites and crews
  • Current Victorian Driver License, Forklift License/Permit highly desirable
