Culture and People Partner

 

  • 3 month fixed term contract

Are you interested in partnering with the Supermarkets business? Work with the Operations Manager, Group Managers & Store Leadership teams across Zone 3 in Supermarkets in VIC/TAS.

We have an opportunity for a passionate Culture & People Partner to complete a 3 month fixed term contract, partnering with our Supermarkets Operations team in VIC from 1st May 2021 (handover from mid/late April)

What does the role look like?

Working proactively with the Operations Leadership team, you will support us in the below activities:

  • Implementing people strategies that attract, develop and retain talent to deliver on the zone workforce plan;
  • Building leadership capability; 
  • Partnering with leaders to develop engagement initiatives; 
  • Providing actionable insights to leaders on trends in HR data and provide support and coaching to act on employee data.

Depending on where you are located some travel between stores may be required

What are we looking for?

You’ll bring energy and a learning mindset to the role, have exceptional relationship management skills, along with being able to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities at once. You will have prior experience in Culture & People Business Partnering, and possess a sound understanding of end-to-end HR process.
