Coordinator Fleet Management

Band 7 - $93,490 plus superannuation 

Wyndham City Council is seeking a professional, strategic and proactive Fleet Management Coordinator. This role is responsible for achieving sustainability and efficiency of Council’s fleet. In this role you will oversee provision of all facets of the acquisition, registration, servicing, repairs, insurance and disposal processes for Council’s broad variety of fleet that supports the delivery of Council services.  

To be successful in this role you will be:

-         At the forefront of continuous improvement in all areas of
fleet management

-         A motivated, engaging and assertive individual

-         Across the broader fleet environment to inform fleet
replacement programming

-         Creative in problem-solving, using technical knowledge and innovation to work within budget constraints.

Your application for this role should illustrate your experience in budget development and control and, staff management including proven ability to motivate, supervise and lead employees whilst fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvement and accountability.
