Site Environmental Advisor

About the Role

As a FIFO Site Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection of site data, managing permits and approvals, and conducting regular risk and compliance inspections in remote locations. Your expertise will help ensure the integrity and safety of our site operations.

Key Criteria

As the successful candidate for the role of Site Environmental Advisor, you will meet the following criteria:

• Oversee the comprehensive collection and accurate recording of site data.
• Coordinate the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Ensure all permits are up-to-date and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Identify opportunities for improving compliance processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement best practices for site operations and compliance management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and compliance issues.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
• Analyse data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site compliance, safety management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent organisational and data management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify potential risks.
