About the role

As part of a dynamic and results-driven team you will provide leadership, coordination and management of the engineering function and represent the client's interests in the alliance package.  This includes involvement in the development phase of the project, the definition of the project objectives and scope associated with the Level Crossing Removal Project as well as delivery coordination of the design assurance against the project requirements, together with coordination of the change management process.

About you

You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel.  In addition to your technical knowledge developed in a similar project environment, you should be an effective communicator with the ability to confidently influence and negotiate outcomes.  You should also be able to effectively demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills in a complex project environment.  Finally, you should have attained a relevant qualification in an Engineering or Science-related discipline or appropriate technical qualification with proven industry capability.
