We are Australia's largest privately owned housing maintenance company. We provide top tier responsive maintenance works and planned maintenance works. Our clients include Public Housing and Community Housing across the country. 

Our Field Supervisors assist the onsite delivery of maintenance services at residential dwellings. It is a varied and fast paced role that includes job quotations, management of variations, rectification of defects, management of trades, and maintaining high levels of compliance & quality.  

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Ability to manage trades to conduct timely, high quality work
• Positive and confident attitude with high focus on customer service
• Tenacious and time efficient
• Develops positive relationships with clients, tenants & colleagues
• Understanding and interpretation of contract obligations and construction concepts
• Audit and authorisation of completed works. 
• Technologically proficient.  I.e. Windows, Databases and systems etc
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Desirable

• 5-6 years’ experience in the same/similar role
• Trade and/or Builder background
• Managed small operational teams previously (Trades, handymen, etc).

Essential:

• A current Australian drivers license (or current equivalent)
• Relevant experience in the same/similar role
• Australian Federal Police certificate (
• Building Site Safety White Card
