The Joint Logistics Unit (East) is one of Defence’s largest warehousing units managing approximately 16 million items. Located in Moorebank, we are a fast paced, transformative logistics unit with a diverse workforce of military, public servants and contractors. We are committed to supporting our customers by providing quality advice and negotiating the best solutions across multiple areas within Defence.

An opportunity currently exists for an experienced, motivated and agile Inventory Management Officer with outstanding communication skills to join our team. With a mix of hands on logistics and staff management this is a role with lots of variety.

Your problem solving and communications skills will see you thrive in this environment. Managing a small team our ideal candidate will be passionate about investing in the development of their team and we will also support you in your own ongoing development.  

This role is a key part of supporting Defence deliverables throughout Australia and overseas.
